After thanking the Squashes, Nate and his plants then follow the Gargantuars' trail of destruction, leading them to Neighborville's Town Square.įive blocks later, Nate and his plants find Dr. However, Nate is interrupted by several Gargantuars until a team of Squashes arrive and defeat them. Nate devises a plan to grapple hook up a wall and sword fight his way through the zombies to try and get help, while the remaining Plants hold their position. Nate tells Patrice not to worry about him but tells her to hurry up anyways. Patrice calls Nate to share the good news, amidst Nate and his plants being attacked by a huge wave of Zombies. Patrice makes short work of the Bungees by tangling their ropes together, and she discovers a massive patch of wild Sunflowers on the rooftops. The Yeti Zombie has cornered Patrice in an alleyway, and she evades it only to be 'saved' by a group of Bungee Zombies. As a wave of zombies approaches, Nate hides inside a Pumpkin and tries to talk to Patrice, only to realize that she has gone silent. Once they separate, Nate gets swarmed by zombies time and again, until he stumbles into a large group of wild plants.ĭespite Nate finding a bunch of plants, they only have five Sunflowers to support them. After a quick lemonade break, Nate and Patrice set out to search for pockets of wild plants throughout Neighborville, hoping that they could use them to encourage the greenhouse plants. Crazy Dave says that the greenhouse plants have never seen a zombie before, making them hesitant to fight. Unfortunately for Nate, only Patrice, and eventually the Peashooters, Wall-nuts, and Tall-nuts stand with him. Nate volunteers to lead the plants into battle against the zombies. Meanwhile, the zombie horde continues to terrorize the townsfolk. Dave then reveals that, in addition to the plants in the greenhouse, he'd been creating wild, free-range plants throughout Neighborville. ![]() Crazy Dave invites the kids to his plant greenhouse, containing the vast majority of the plants. The other plants surrounding them wake up as well, causing the kids to scream louder.Ĭrazy Dave calms them down by telling them that the plants are friendly to humans and goes on to explain he knew that it was only a matter of time before Neighborville was invaded by a hostile force, and thus, he made an army of sentient, weaponized plants. He leads them to his garage and shows them a Peashooter, only for Patrice and Nate to scream in fear when the Peashooter opens its eyes. Patrice and Nate cower behind the car until all of a sudden, the garage door opens, and a team of lawnmowers rip the zombies to shreds.Ĭrazy Dave bursts out of the garage and excitedly greets the duo (Patrice greets him back with a smile, while Nate does so with a nervous look on his face), explaining that the zombies are to blame for all the mayhem in Neighborville. However, a large group of zombies break through the house's perimeter fence. Once the duo enters the property, Patrice notes that Dave's car parked just outside the garage, meaning that her uncle is probably inside. ![]() She leads Nate to her uncle’s house, which Nate recognizes as Crazy Dave's. Riding on their bikes, Patrice is convinced that her genius can help them. Luckily, the zombies are fended off by a small group of wild Peashooters, which Patrice doesn't notice, but Nate has a hard time believing. Swinging to the neighboring lawn via the treehouse's tire swing, the two quickly find out that the yard they landed in is infested with zombies as well. Patrice and Nate stomp on the trapdoor over the zombie's head before realizing that the whole yard is overrun by zombies. After apologizing to each other as well as introducing themselves, Nate states that he feels something strange is going on, right before a Zombie pokes its head inside the treehouse. Nate tries to attack Patrice with a hockey stick, but she punches him in self-defense. Nate reakhe source of the noise was Patrice Blazing, who was only investigating Nate's treehouse. The focus then shifts to Nate Timely, who is about to climb up his tree fort after he rode his bike home, only to hear noises from inside it. The wall cracks and a Digger Zombie breaks out, followed by a massive Zombie horde. He cannot seem to find anything until he encounters a dead end. Once the Enscape plug-in is installed and launched from the design application it is going to be used with, it opens up with the current view of the design model, rendered using the material information, location information, sun settings, and other properties of the model. ![]() In other words, it is well and truly a plug-in rather than an independent application that can be run on its own. Another key point to note is that you can only launch Enscape from within the applications it is plugging into. So, when you install Enscape on a computer, you automatically install the plug-ins for all the supported applications that are available on that computer. Its dramatic uptick in the AEC industry since then is heartening, not just for Enscape but also for motivating other technology startups, showing that you really "can't keep a good thing down." Getting StartedĮnscape has only one installer rather than separate installers for the five different applications it supports. In AECbytes alone, many of the firms and projects that were recently profiled described how they were using Enscape for its real-time rendering capabilities, including Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge University, William Duff Architects, ACPV (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel), The Momentary, and SGA. The use of Enscape by AEC firms is rapidly gaining momentum. The quality of the renderings is so good that most of the time, a separate rendering application would not even be needed, unless a highly sophisticated animation with moving objects is required (of the kind that can be created, in say, Twinmotion or Lumion). With it, designers can see the impact of design changes in real time, which is not just useful to them for their design work, but also for sharing their designs with their clients and getting immediate feedback. Enscape is a real-time visualization and virtual reality plugin for Rhino (also for SketchUp, Autodesk, Archicad, and Vectorworks). Enscape is a real-time rendering application that connects directly to five different design applications popularly used in AEC: Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, Rhino, and Vectorworks. ![]() ![]() ![]() One last thing-you don’t have to live in Texas or Colorado to enjoy cowboy boots.
